Sales Policy
All sales are final - there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All submitted orders are final, but we reserve the right to refuse any order until it can be confirmed. Orders are not confirmed until a Global International Promotions representative has reviewed the order. Some orders may require additional verification before confirmation may occur. If there is a problem, you will be contacted within two (2) business days. We accept all major credit cards. All prices are in US Dollars. When your order is submitted, an email is sent to your email address. You should receive an email right away. Occasionally, our email confirmations are captured in your spam filter. Please check your spam filter for an email from Global Promotions International.

Ticket Delivery
Tickets for certain events may not be delivered until the week of that event. But tickets are guaranteed to be delivered before the event and in a timely manner.
Please provide us with the contact information of your hotel and your cell phone number. If you do not have this information at the time of the order, you may email or call us once you obtain the information.
If all delivery attempts to a customer are unsuccessful, then the tickets will be returned to our office. The tickets are still the property of the customer, but we will hold them until we receive new delivery instructions from the customer. Shipments cannot be rerouted from the original address submitted on the order.

Refund Policy
If an event completely cancels, and is not rescheduled, then you will receive a credit for the total of your order minus shipping charges. You must return the tickets within seven days to receive that credit. You should make sure you can track the return shipment to us. If only part of an event cancels, no refunds are issued. We are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, illness, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
You will only receive money back that equals the face value on the tickets.

We sell tickets at face value plus fixed administration and brokerage Fees and our sale price may differ from the price printed on the ticket due to the fore mentioned charges. Tickets are priced at face value and the ticket price will not change at any time without full notice. We are not responsible for misplaced or stolen tickets. And tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost or damaged, so avoid exposing them to excessive sunlight or any other damaging agent. Upon receipt of tickets, you have 24 hours to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies about your tickets and/or seat locations. All times listed on our site are local for that event. But dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the buyer on the week of the event. Minimum age requirements to enter differ on events, so please check before you purchase tickets. Global Promotions International does not own all of the tickets listed. We are members of a Partners Group that works with a network of suppliers , so we can offer you the largest ticket selection. Occasionally, a ticket price or event information may be listed incorrectly due to an error by the supplier. In those rare instances, if the supplier cannot honor the information listed then the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade tickets, at no additional cost to you. (Note: We will contact you to discuss any downgrades, to ensure that the tickets are suitable.) A downgrade does not constitute a failure to deliver. Global Promotions International sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the delivery of purchased tickets in a timely manner prior to the event. Global Promotions International is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of expense directly or indirectly arising from Global Promotions International failure to deliver tickets due to circumstances beyond our control. In purchasing you are agreeing to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon you now or in the future under law. If your tickets are lost, delayed, or mishandled by our shipping methods and it affects your ability to attend the event you will be refunded only 100% of the purchase price. The tickets sold on this site are secondary market tickets, which are sold for more than face value. The price you pay will not equal the face value printed on the ticket. Global Promotions International is a private ticket agency without any affiliation to , any artist, sports team, box office or venue. We are not affiliated nor endorsed by any of the artists, teams, venues or organizations listed on this site. Information and data collected here is used exclusively for order fulfillment and our own site development and marketing efforts. No data or personal information will ever be sold or traded to any third party, for any reason. When you order from this website, we collect the following information: your name, contact information and billing information (credit card #, expiration date, security code). We use this information to process your order. Billing information is used to charge you for the tickets purchased. Due to language barriers, time differences and high volume of calls all clients are contacted via email. Please also check your e-mail spam folder. For International major events such as FIFA World Cup 2010, Euro 2008 Global International Promotions will have representatives in the host country to assist clients and for local ticket deliveries for late purchases. Such tickets can be picked up at designated locations or we can provide delivery service client's hotels and/or homes, fees may apply. All transactions and list prices are in US Dollars.
